Very expensive for the services received.

Buyer beware! Owner said she had 20 years experience...I did not see this. First of all, it took her over 3 hours to do a job that should have taken 2. This was because she kept getting side tracked doing other things like calling her dad, her vet, and lord knows what else. Even after I told her I had to get going she still just wandered about doing other things besides my hair. Second, she completely butchered my hair! I brought a picture in and she didn't even get it to look anything like it (it was a simple short bob) and on top of that, the sides of my hair were so uneven that I had to go home and cut my hair myself (and I am NO beautician) just so I could reasonably style it! I have been wearing a hat constantly in public for the past month waiting till I go to a new place next week. I paid a ridiculous amount for someone that I would highly question if she even went to beauty college! I would recommend going to an actual salon where they monitor their stylists and make sure they actually have certifications and can actually cut hair. I think great clips could have done a better job and would have cost me a third of the price! I was very disappointed considering how much I paid. I think she tried but really just missed the mark.
